The placement area of this residence is the Northwest of Corfu. This spot is characterized by dense vegetation. Maximum exploitation of the view and the seaside landscape were primary targets in the designing process of this house, leading to the use of large openings towards the view, and of course a pool that faces directly the horizon and the sunset. Moreover, emphasis was given to a very modern design of the building with strict lines, and an addition of a key element which is the big cantilevers and pergolas, that forms this shell’s special character that comes forward from the hillside with its multiple levels.
