The design of this particularly beautiful residence was decisively influenced by placing emphasis on the preservation of the large olive trees that overwhelm the area. This structure is surrounded by the intense natural element of the olive grove, creating a unique combination through a contrast relationship, as the “building envelope” itself consists of modern cubic volumes with large openings that are complemented by the characteristic large projecting cantilever beams.

The main construction materials of the building are stone and concrete. The wooden elements come to assist in enhancing the natural landscape, along with the railings with ascending planting. The swimming pool, that verges the building comes to “fade” into the horizon” offering unrestricted panoramic views of the sea and sunset.
